The Club at Sunset

The Club at Sunset is a separate membership swim and racquet club with four sites. Two are in Sunset Ridge: the Sunset Ridge Swim and Tennis Center at 5032 Linksland Drive, with an L-shaped five-lane pool, a diving board, six lighted tennis courts and a pro shop, and the Sunset Ridge North Aquatic Center at 215 Kingsport Road, with a ten-lane competition pool, a 155-foot waterslide, a sprayground and a toddler pool. The club also runs Sunset Oaks Aquatic Center in Holly Springs and Sunset Bluffs in Fuquay-Varina (The Club at Sunset).

The club lists a one-time initiation fee of $1,200 and monthly dues of $67.50 to $97.50, depending on the membership type, as of October 2026 (The Club at Sunset). County records show the two Sunset Ridge sites owned by Sunset Aquatics LLC, not by the HOA (Wake County property records).
