Update: My original review (below) was written in 2020 when I was a buyer. I'm updating it because we are again working with Trevor Miller (Caul Group) because he did such an excellent job for us 6 years ago -- this time I'm the seller. (The back story is below.) After my mom passed away in September and we decided to sell her house in Brentwood, Trevor was the only agent I even thought of working with. He has been on top of everything every step of the way and we are moving toward a listing later this month. As you can imagine, there always a ton of details to attend to, and Trevor has helped me and my family keep everything on track, always available when needed, always knowledgeable, always focused on his clients. I can highly recommend him from both sides of the coin, as a nervous buyer, and as a nervous seller, lol. Thanks, Trevor for your diligence and hard work!

My partner and I worked with Trevor Miller under the most trying of circumstances: Looking to find a home in Raleigh, during a pandemic, from out of state — and we wanted to be in a specific neighborhood (Brentwood) to be near my elderly mom. Trevor talked us through the process of figuring out what style of homes would work best for us, pitched several possibilities in the area and then — when the exact house we needed, in the exact location we wanted — popped onto the market, he worked practically around the clock for a week to make sure we got it. That included setting up the offer, working with the seller's agent, giving us a video tour of the house that he did himself, and arranging to get due diligence money to the seller in time (hand delivering it at about 8 a.m. on a Monday morning) to close the deal. That's dedication to a level of service that I would highly recommend (and have) to home buyers and sellers. Our home is on the street I grew up on, and my mom is 12 houses down. To paraphrase the Thomas Wolfe novel: "You CAN go home again," and for me, Trevor made it happen."
